How to Send Invoice to Panama

All invoices to Panama Communication AB (Panama Studio), organization number 556936-5801, must be addressed as follows:

Email Invoices

Please note that this email is exclusively for invoices. Multiple invoices can be sent in the same email, but each invoice must be a separate PDF or file.

Paper Invoices

Paper invoices should be sent to the following address. However, we prefer invoices to be emailed as described above:

Terms

Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Order, invoicing, handling, or other fees imposed by the supplier or a third party are not accepted. Deviations from the Swedish Interest Act are also not accepted. Invoices sent to addresses other than those specified above will be returned.

Other Correspondence

This applies strictly to invoices. Address changes, informational and promotional material, product samples, and order confirmations should not be sent to this address. Such materials should be sent directly to us at:
