The cargo bike market is evolving rapidly. With the rise of e-commerce and car-free city centers, the demand for efficient last-mile deliveries is increasing—one of the biggest challenges in logistics. To stay ahead, Monark needed a strong market position and a new product brand.
Panama was tasked with developing the brand positioning, name, communication platform, and visual identity for Monark’s new cargo line.
The result: Monark Centro – made for urban deliveries.
